Gotta love Freecycle! Since Quinn and her friend (if she's alowed to go) will be camping in their own tent, I was thinking of getting some walkie talkies, just in case. Fortunately, I saw a set up for grabs on my local Freecycle site, replied and lucked out! They may be a little old and beat up, but they work great!
I never knew such a place existed. How cool :)
