Today is National Waffle Day!
Ever heard of such a thing? Me neither!
Anyway, We had Belgian waffles for breakfast this morning. I like MY recipe better than this box mix, but I was running low on eggs!

Our waffles come from Eggo. :) You are doing great on your cartridge challenge! It is difficult when you get to the end though isn't it? I got to all the carts I was avoiding. ;)
