I'm so mad! This printer is less than a year old, and it's DEAD!!!! I REALLY don't want to have to get a new one, but I have no choice. Not that it matters anyway. I called Ken today, told hime that I ran a head cleaning and nozzle check and it jsut got progessivly worse. He told me he ordered a new one. Should be here tomorrow. And I thought I was the impatient one!
