Ken and I headed to the bank today to apply to refinance our mortgage. Great news! Since we have a decient amount of equitity in our home, and exceptional credit, we were approved and locked in at 4.379%!!!! Our original rate was 5.5%, so it's not a HUGE decrease, but it's a decrese nonetheless.
